RT @AlenaSatoshi: While some companies cut budgets, close offices, let go of their staff blaming the "crypto winter"
@CasaHODL continues to grow and deliver.
Why? We have a vision that's beyond any price hype.
The biggest pain in the ass (and I mean it, pain in the ASS) when using third-party software to manage your Lightning node is always getting it connected. It’s so confusing that people have written many blog posts attempting to explain the process.
That face when it finally hits you that Lighting Network was just a secret Blockstream invention to make it so difficult to implement that they could make a fortune off of success stickers.
Bring prices down to 100$ by mass production .. get some investors going..that’s how much raspi costs your business will boom also will help adoption... advertise market it... you are pioneers ... may become brand name once mass adoption occurs
You can build it yourself for half the cost ($100-150). Just will take some tinkering and figuring out some stuff on your own. The premium in the price for a Casa node is that you'll save the hassle and can get support in case something goes wrong. Up to you to decide if it's worth it or not.
Here's a guide how to build your own bitcoin + Lightning node: https://github.com/Stadicus/guides/blob/master/raspibolt/README.md
"We are actively working with Will to integrate Joule now that our Casa Node is updated to work with extensions. We would also like to support other integrations. Please reach out if you have a product that you think could benefit from Casa Node integration."
