@AriDavidPaul was trying to find poker software for a group of non-bitcoin friends to use a week or two ago. https://t.co/p5bM58Vhye was one of the options that came up while searching. just lolled at the idea of getting them to use it and kept searching.
Bitcoin is easy to use...but also hard. As a concrete anecdote, I was going to play in a poker game last night with crypto folks on https://t.co/rvxyVVGN66. After 30 minutes of effort, only half the players were able to join. I wasn’t one of them.
Hi! I’m wondering if there’s a plan to allow exchanging BTC to BCH within the platform? I have some BTC rewards from yesteryear but I want to change them to BCH tokens based on value and play with BCH, is that in the pipeline?
> So, like i said. Someone who understands game theory with no other skills would probably « get it ».
You cannot use game theory without knowing the probability of your hand.
Game theory come second.
Poker is fascinatingly deep if you ask me, far form a luck based game.
Your comment suggest you don’t know the game.

I have played it before and honestly its not that interesting to me. I like chess.
> I have played it before and honestly its not that interesting to me.
Not interresting to you doesn’t mean poker is not deeper than a simple luck based game like black jack or the roulette.
>I like chess.
Incomplete knowledge game have different challenges.
I found chess uninteresting for example.
If poker is a game of chance and not skill, how is it possible that there are professional players, major tournaments, and people ranked at being better than others at the game?
Poker is a strategy game like chess, but unlike chess it's a game of imperfect information. It does add an element of chance to the outcomes of certain hands, but understanding that and incorporating it into your play strategy makes it possible to to still be a long-term winner at the game.
The fact that poker uses money as its scorekeeping system is both fun and makes the game more intense, but also sensical. If it didn't use money people would not be incentivized to play well because there would be no downside to playing poorly.

I didn't realize there were tournaments. I really don't understand how there can be so much to Poker, its just a card game where the biggest card(s) makes you win
Skill of winning is when u didn't have the best cards, but your opponents thought u did. Anyone can win consistently with best cards, only pros can win (to be precise don't lose a lot on blinds, big bluffs are rare) consistently with garbage
Thanks! We love hearing that people appreciate the work we're doing.
We're always working on new features and improvements but if you have any feedback for us, feel free to let us know via the in-app feedback form (within the menu, top right) or you can send us an email (support @ blockchain.poker).
I’m curious about the process. You’ll seed a PRNG, shuffle the deck, and at the conclusion of the game you’ll publish the random seed to the blockchain such that the deterministic PRNG and shuffling can re-create the deals to prove it’s fair?
This is a smooth poker website! I mean once you entered the website, it will easily take you to the game. Just simply love it! I've been playing poker for a while at this wonderful crypto casino which offers multiple traditional table games and slots plus they also offer fantastic five- and six-figure Bitcoin prizes, and I think I am good enough to share some poker tips. I think that the starting hand selection is fundamentally important, but it’s only one piece of the poker strategy puzzle. Once you have mastered solid starting hand guidelines and understand how they change by your position at the table, the next area you should work on is your play for the rest of the hand. The area that separates professional players from amateurs is that professional players tend to play much better than their opponents during the remainder of the hand, after the starting hand decisions are made.
Cool! I checked your link and It takes me to a wonderful crypto casino! What I like the most about it is that it has a great website, pretty colorful and has a lot of games! my favorite is Super boom game. This is a single slot game from Booming Games, this is very exciting as you have to fight and thrive through to stake my claim. Good luck!
how about you announce some tournaments with say 1.000 kin as rewards like facebook poker did, or even bigger say make a tournament with winning price 1 mio kin , then make advertising for it, could push kin
Indeed true, there are many gambling sites in online gambling industry for players to choose from and nowadays, most of these sites are simply cryptocurrency based or block chain based. What's with block chain technology being adapted by such online activity? Transactions became more convenient to the players unlike before when fiat is the main mode of payment. It also adds security which boosts the interest of the gamblers to play and make a deposit. It is really something to look forward with the advancement in the future for gambling activity.
These gambling sites would really allow new players to start playing in an instant simply because of the promotions, bonuses and welcome rewards which are present to almost all gambling sites . It is their way to capture the heart of the players. Some do even allow players to play without investment or simply for free.
I'm not really sure, ofcourse gambling site management won't allow players to win that much for free, so maybe , it won't be that much. But still, it would be a help for those who cannot afford making a deposit. But if a gambler is really into gambling, making a deposit would be advisable since there are lot of benefits concerning [bonuses](https://vegascasino.io/casino/video-slots/crazy-bananas?utm_source=cccb), rewards and other promotions.
It's fun playing poker, but there are also other gambling games to play on. Kinda weird though to know that you can play online casino without you needing to register. It'll be great for people who doesn't want to know their true identity, but I suggest that they will put information about those people who are playing poker. For them to get easily contacted, when the website have issues.
Most of gambler love to play poker and other card games even me I really like and love playing poker. In addition to that, all gambling site have poker games and they also have online casino which you can see the dealer while distributing the card. I just click the website and there is no register or log in account so I think it is good place to the people who do not want expose their identity. However, for me it's better to have registration form so where you will input all your detail and once they have issue they can easily contact you. Lastly, right now I keep on playing poker to the gambling site who also support cryptocurrency and you can also win huge profit and bonuses.
The goal is to get Bitcoin into the hands of as many people as possible. Registration adds friction to the onboarding process that is not necessarily something that needs to happen.
