"I've got a perfect example. I've got a wikipedia page that says I don't have a doctorate, and we've contacted wikipedia, several people have. And we said the University actually says I do. And they said 'but Forbes said the University says you don't'. So the University is less authoritative on their own issuing of degrees than Forbes. Welcome to the modern troll based internet"
I just read his Wikipedia and was pleasantly surprised. Have a look, they properly list many of his achievement. Maybe he sued them 😁.
Because of that I posted the same at r/btc and even r/bitcoin, wonder how they react. I think they should be confronted with reality, although usually I don't trust Wikipedia at all.
Oh yeah nice, just noticed this part:
> In 2015, the university told Forbes that it only awarded him two master's degrees and not a doctorate. Documents have been released proving that he does hold a PhD in Philosophy from Charles Sturt University, granted in 2017.
