An idea whose time has come, and something I had been wishing for.
Finally, and with the help of many others, we are announcing that we will begin to work on properly communicating all of what Ethereum means,- accurately and professionally.

Does anyone know if they have an FAQ out there yet? I have some questions, but imagine many of them are the same as others about the project. I'd rather get some background before cluttering up their hopefully overflowing inbox.
Write them an email to get involved. Their contact info and instructions are towards the end of this article:
There’s also info in there to make a proposal.
If it's similar to Moloch you would get proportional voting rights for dao proposals and as a member you would be able to make proposals yourself. There is no direct ROI, the point is to have a proportional vote in the coordination of a marketing budget for Ethereum with absolutely minimal coordination effort. That could increase the value of your Ether as a side effect.
Moloch has a ragequit function so if you aren't happy with where the DAO is going you can exit with your proportion of the funds, assuming that function is available for this DAO.
You could also argue that having an active, cryptographically proven stake in what might be a critically important dao is worth far, far more than the funds you put into it.
They can and should do some marketing for Devcon 6, among other things, but should they “take the lead”? Idk, lets see them accomplish and market something first (other than forming the DAO). Let’s also see how involved and in tune they are with the community and it’s principles.
If they develop a good reputation, and have tons of support/members in a year, maybe we can talk about giving them the “lead” for Devcon 7.
