IMO, Bitcoin is the most probable way to end the fed.
What we need is mass education on how the fed and banksters operate.
Opening eyes of mainstream is like arming bitcoin with both a shield and a mighty hammer.
It is neutral money. It is the people’s money. And we need the people to support bitcoin to fight the powerful bankers.
Yeah good thing to brag about for your internet points because you are supporting bitcoin! Dude is a traitor to america and its interests, i find it very telling about who is running this sub with the upvoted comments I see.
I guess it is in russias interest to see bitcoin succeed, especially against the dollar.
Here i thought it was about the tech, some of you are sick fucks.
Agreed. I have a working theory that CCN was bought out covertly an individual or establishment with an anti-crypto agenda. I mean just take a look at stories they print since they were "going to close down" because they were broke, and now all of a sudden they're not. (not that they had top notch reporting previously, but it's become decidedly more negatively slanted) Stuff like: Australian Couple Loses $900K to Crypto Scam Despite Regulator’s Efforts and Disgusted Bitcoin Trader Says Price Charts Mimic an Ugly ‘Penny Stock’ are just two recent headlines that can be found on the site right now.

He keeps saying he doesn't know enough about bitcoin / cryptocurrencies.
He's a former U.S. Congressman. He was a practicing physician (i.e., not a dummy) He understands the broken central bank system (End The Fed, then Audit the Fed, ... he started that!)
I'ld be really surprised if he really didn't understand bitcoin,... or if that's just his way of not having to discuss it honestly -- because bitcoin is not his fight.
He's frequently around those that do understand it (e.g., speaker at libertarian and crypto events) -- so I don't buy it that he doesn't know enough about bitcoin.
But he probably does know very well that bitcoin and the government monopoly on creating money are not compatible with each other. One will force the other out. Which of the two does that to the other, is still an unknown.
If I were him, I don't think I'ld want to be the author of that prediction either. The people aren't ready to hear it.
> I don't buy it that he doesn't know enough about bitcoin.
He was 74 years old by the time Bitcoin was even invented. He was probably 80 before he ever heard of it.
It becomes much, much harder to learn about new things as your brain ages.
